    “This agreement may be canceled by the sellers at any time at no cost by providing in writing to the broker their dissatisfaction with services provided. Broker agrees to remove all marketing materials within 24 hours of receiving written notification from sellers to terminate.”

    After you list your home, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, simply provide us with written notice to terminate the listing. Your listing agreement will be terminated, no questions asked. No costs. No continuing obligation. Period.
